Ten Haiku Motif On Squeeze Fanatical Examination ©

When you are faced with

Choices that do not align

Don’t just walk away

The ultimate choice

Is to sustain life or not

Here you must choose life

Don’t squeeze your eyes shut

And pretend that your actions

Don’t involve others

You may think that that’s

Fanatical but I say

Rest assured it's not

Others look to you

They will notice stagnation

So use your talents

Selling yourself short

Is nothing but dangerous

Treasure your mission

Value everyone

Including yourself for the

Gifts we bring to life

So what are the steps

Do an examination

Prepare action plans

We are commanded

To love the stranger just as

We do love ourselves

They expect us to

Contribute our best efforts

Really, that is all

This poem was inspired by a challenge I felt one day to write a Haiku Motif with nothing more than three random words; a noun, a verb, and a adjective.
