Not flaws or mistakes
Value and good will
To all others around you
Strengthen everyone
When diversity
Is sought out it will add to
The richness of life
Find diversity
In race, age, culture, gender,
Religion, skills, and
Find diversity
In education, careers,
The list’s infinite
The alternative
To diversity sadly
Is just extinction
